At five years old, Annaliese LOVES playing Barbies, soccer, art and playing with friends. She's also a mama's girl. She just enjoys being by me and frequently runs up to me throughout the day to give me a quick hug, then she's back to playing. She adores Cora and wants to do everything she does and is a wonderful big sister to Marin. She readily pitches in with chores and takes a lot of pride in cleaning up her room and toys. She's still feisty as all get out and can be impulsive and tricky. I pray God sends extra angels to protect herself when she puts herself in risky situations, which already happens from time to time. Despite this, Annaliese has one of the most amazing hearts of any kid I've ever know. Almost every night, on her own volition, she prays for poor people. Her tender prayers and understanding already of things well-beyond her years humbles me. I can't wait to watch Annaliese grow over the next year. We love you, Liese!
